Seascape from Oregon's Coos Bay featuring half of a shipwrecked oil tanker that ran aground in 1999 and has been left there by the shipping company and the state as they battle over who's responsibility it is to clean it up. Posted near the hunk of junk is a sign that reads: Keep our beaches clean! Do Not Litter! Punishable up to $500 fine. I guess that only applies to individuals and not corporations.
