A unified plant domain and digital services layer for the same operators. This was the foundational work that established the SaaS program for the dozens of "advisor" applications in the Schneider Electric portfolio, Energy Hub being just one.
Moving the "Advisor" portfolio to a single SaaS platform was a major undertaking. Mo built this structure so stakeholders could see the big picture: three possible extensions of the core experience, and how each could be arranged into a desktop layout.
All Advisor modules
Mo's restructured homepage collapsed an extensive legacy portal into one unified view: modules, quotes, and orders surfaced together eliminating the need to navigate several pages.
Module-level details
After viewing all available modules and their top-level function, the user could then review the detailed features of each module, giving the customer a peek into the graphical nature and contemporary dashboard styling of the module.
Personalized, persona-driven experience
Rather than one generic homepage, Mo designed a personalized layout per audience: distributor, channel partner, and facility manager each got the modules and priorities relevant to their role, a personalization the legacy portfolio never attempted.
Function-based page layouts
Mo mapped the order status journey end to end, from list to detail to carrier tracking, annotating scope and search behavior so engineering had a clear, unambiguous spec to build from.
